Pastor Jonathan, Joanne, and the ministers at Creative have a heart to support up-and-coming leadership couples like you who feel called to ministry and desire to deepen their development for future leadership opportunities. Unlike our internship, which is geared toward young adults, this program is designed for working professional married couples in whom we see the characteristics of a Christian lifestyle and leadership potential.

The School of Ministry is a two-year commitment. Every second Tuesday of the month from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, we offer a Masterclass with Pastor Jonathan and the executive team that includes theological training, practical ministry application, impartation of the power of the Holy Spirit and the presence of God, and anointing. (Childcare is available for these Tuesday night sessions.)

Those who successfully complete this two-year program will receive a Certificate of Ministry Leadership and become candidates for high-level leadership roles and future staff roles such as Department Directors, Program Directors, Campus Pastors, Youth Pastors, and Kids Pastors as the church expands to more campuses, our Creative Ranch, and more outreach and missions projects.
