The Daily Program

Residents will spend most of their time gaining valuable hands-on ministry experience across all our campuses while pinpointing their specific calling through uniquely tailored tracks. While ministry residents will not receive a salary or benefits, they will be provided with free housing and utilities, along with a weekly scholarship to cover other expenses. Our goal is to offer residents from around the world the opportunity to gain ministry experience at no cost to them.

Residents can apply for other gainful employment in the area as long as it does not interfere with their agreed-upon schedules. Housing in the area is provided to all residents as part of their contract. If a resident declines the provided housing, they are welcome to make other arrangements at their own cost. If housing is declined, their weekly stipend will not be increased.

Residents will maintain a weekly schedule of 30 office hours and gain experience by taking on various leadership opportunities at church services. While ministry can look different from week to week, residents can expect to spend full days at church on Sundays, six hours in the office during the day, Tuesday through Friday, and then expected flex hours for special evening and weekend events. During the first 1½ years, no dating is allowed; then, wisely counseled courtship with leadership support is permitted in the final six months of the residency.
